Members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley are offered daily opportunities, for fun sports, fitness and recreation activities. The Club also offers members opportunities to be involved in intramural sports leagues including T-Ball, Coach pitch for members 4-8, Jr. Coed Basketball for members K-2, boys and girls basketball leagues for grades 3-8, girls volleyball for grades 3-8 and Flag Football for grades 3-8. In addition the following National Boys & Girls Club program also helps develop fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment, and social and interpersonal skills.

TRIPLE PLAY: A Game Plan for the Mind, Body and Soul
TRIPLE PLAY is a health and wellness program designed to empower young people to make informed decisions about their physical, mental and social well-being. The goal of TRIPLE PLAY is to improve Club members' knowledge of healthy habits, good nutrition and physical fitness; increase the number of hours per day they participate in physical activities; and strengthen their ability to interact positively with others and engage in healthy relationships.

Sports Club
March 18-October 28th, Sports Club meets Tuesday nights from 6 - 8 p.m.
November-mid February, Sports Club meets from 7-9 pm.

Open to 5th Grade members and older. Games and contests galore!
Sports Club members play volleyball, Frisbee, kickball, pool tournaments and more. Members can volunteer to set up athletic events and keep score to earn extra credit points for the semi-annual auction and participation in field trips. Dinner is provided the first Tuesday of every month.

Girls on the Run
GOTR is an after-school program that uses the power of exercise to focus on building self-esteem and improving emotional and physical health. Girls are empowered with a greater self-awareness, sense of achievement and a foundation in team building to help them become strong and confident young women.
